1Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") take effect from the date you first access the Naga Win platform, whether via the website, mobile app, or any other channel provided by us. Browsing platform content without registering an account also constitutes acceptance of these terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are advised not to continue using the Naga Win platform. Naga Win will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from use of the platform where these terms have not been observed.

2Member Eligibility

To register and use Naga Win's services, you must meet the following requirements:

• At least 18 years old on the date of registration.
• An individual with full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Not being subject to any court order restricting gambling activity.
• Not registering on behalf of another person, or as an unauthorised third-party agent.
• Never been banned or suspended from the Naga Win platform for prior violations.

Naga Win reserves the right to request identity verification at any time. Members who fail to submit the required verification documents within the stipulated timeframe may have their accounts temporarily suspended.

3Account Registration

Each member is only permitted to hold one (1) account at Naga Win. Holding multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is a serious violation that will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances, including winnings.

During registration, you are required to provide the following information accurately and in full:

• Full name as stated on your identification document (MyKad or passport).
• An active, reachable email address.
• A Malaysian mobile phone number registered in your name.
• Your exact date of birth for age verification purposes.

You are responsible for ensuring your account information is kept up to date. Any changes to your details must be made through Naga Win customer support and accompanied by the appropriate supporting documents.

4Deposit & Withdrawal

All financial transactions on Naga Win are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The platform does not accept or process transactions in any foreign currency.

Accepted Deposit Methods

Naga Win reserves the right to request additional verification (KYC – Know Your Customer) before processing withdrawals exceeding RM 5,000 in a single day. This is a standard security measure to protect your account.

Withdrawals may only be made to an account or e-wallet registered in the same name as your Naga Win account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly not permitted.

5Bonus & Promotions

Naga Win offers a wide range of bonuses and promotions from time to time, including welcome bonuses, cashback, deposit bonuses, and exclusive VIP offers. All bonuses are subject to the following terms:

• Rollover Requirement (Wagering Requirement): All bonuses received must be "rolled over" a minimum number of times, depending on the bonus type, before withdrawals are permitted. The specific rollover requirement is stated in each individual promotion offer.
• Bonus Validity Period: Most bonuses are valid for 7 to 30 days from the date they are credited. Expired bonuses will be automatically cancelled.
• One Bonus at a Time: Members may not claim two bonuses simultaneously unless otherwise specified in the relevant promotion's terms.
• One Offer Per Household: Welcome bonuses and certain promotions are limited to one claim per household, IP address, or shared device.
• Right of Cancellation: Naga Win reserves the right to void any bonus or winnings obtained through methods deemed to be system abuse or fraud.

6Betting Rules

Naga Win provides a betting platform covering a wide range of sports and games, including but not limited to football (Malaysia Super League, EPL, and more), BWF badminton, e-sports (MLBB, DOTA 2), table games (baccarat, roulette, poker), and slots.

• All bets confirmed by the system are final and cannot be cancelled, except under specific circumstances outlined in Naga Win's bet cancellation policy.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits vary by sport, match, and market. These limits are displayed during the bet placement process.
• In the event of a technical irregularity or system disruption, Naga Win reserves the right to void affected bets and refund the stakes to members' accounts.
• Bets placed after a match result is known ("late bets") will be automatically voided by the system.
• For live (in-play) betting, odds may change at any time. Accepted bets are settled at the odds displayed at the time of confirmation, not at the time you click "Place Bet".
• In the event a match is postponed or cancelled, all pre-match bets will be voided unless the rules of the relevant sport specify otherwise.

7Prohibitions & Restrictions

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Naga Win platform and will result in strict action, including account closure and forfeiture of remaining balance:

• Registering more than one account (including using another person's name, email address, or phone number).
• Using automated software, bots, or any tools designed to exploit the system.
• Systematically engaging in odds arbitrage ("arbing") in a manner that is detrimental to the platform.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or betting results.
• Depositing funds obtained through illegal means ("money laundering").
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or the verification process.
• Attempting to hack, disrupt, or compromise the security systems of the Naga Win platform.
• Selling, transferring, or lending your account to another party.

8Security & Privacy

You are solely responsible for:

• Keeping your account username and password confidential.
• Ensure you log out of your account after every session, especially when using a shared device.
• Report to Naga Win immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation.
• Not sharing your login credentials with any party, including family members.

Naga Win shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised use of your account where it can be demonstrated that the member's own negligence was the cause of such access.

9Account Closure

Members may close their account at any time by contacting the Naga Win customer support team. Prior to closure, all eligible balances will be returned to your original payment method within 3–5 business days, subject to identity verification.

Naga Win reserves the right to unilaterally suspend or close any member's account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any part of these terms and conditions.
• Identity verification that cannot be completed within the stipulated timeframe.
• Activities that are suspicious or inconsistent with anti-money laundering (AML) laws.
• Requests from authorities or law enforcement agencies.
• Accounts that have been inactive for 12 consecutive months.

10Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Naga Win shall not be liable for:

• Any financial losses incurred as a result of betting activity on our platform, as betting carries inherent risk and you wager entirely at your own risk.
• Service disruptions caused by technical faults, scheduled maintenance, or events beyond our control (force majeure).
• Losses arising from failures of third-party systems such as banks, e-wallet operators, or internet service providers.
• Content on third-party websites or platforms that may be associated with Naga Win.

In any circumstance, Naga Win's maximum liability to any member shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that member in the 30 days preceding the liability claim.

11Responsible Gambling

Naga Win is committed to responsible gambling practices. We believe that betting should be a form of entertainment, not a source of stress or financial hardship. To that end, we provide several tools to help members stay in control:

• Deposit Limit: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits directly from your account.
• Loss Limit: Set the maximum loss limit you are comfortable with over a given period.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a temporary self-exclusion from the platform for 1 week, 1 month, or 6 months.
• Time Reminder: Receive a notification after you have been playing for the duration you set.
